Leading international consulting firm requires top calibre candidates specialising in Retail Banking, to undertake strategic planning and development, operational and business change, and client management.
Outstanding opportunity to join an award winning international consulting firm offering excellent growth prospects and access to high value strategically aligned consulting projects with leading retail banks, predominantly within the UK.
This is also a unique opportunity for a non FS specialist with a sharp intellect and firm interest in current issues and challenges facing the market to make the move into FS projects.

You will design and deliver projects in the retail banking domain, translating strategic initiatives into operational roadmaps and delivering a new target operating model and process improvement.
You may also engage in projects with banks seeking to increase revenue generation through access to new markets and channels and customer retention strategies.
Projects will span front and back office operations, shaping innovative solutions encompassing:
• Proposition development
• Change management
• Operational improvement
• Business Development
• Project delivery

• Operational transformation consulting/project experience
• Personal responsibility for managing projects / workstreams
• Intellectual rigour and sharp analytical capability.
Retail banking expertise is not mandatory, however the candidate must demonstrate a strong interest and active awareness of the sector.
