Key Requirements:
All candidates must have knowledge of the UK retail banking value chain with a good understanding of the changes, trends and developments within the industry. In addition 1 or more of the following specialist areas:
· Distribution and Operational Strategies
· Customer Strategies
· Outsourcing deals and implementations
· New product development and enhancement
· Improving Operational effectiveness
· Knowledge of mortgages, credit cards, savings and investments products
