Managing Consultant–Regulatory, Risk & Compliance

As a high achieving thought leader, you will advise clients regarding risk and regulatory challenges impacting their businesses such as Basel II, Retail Distribution Review, TCF, Solvency II and regulatory reform.
By adopting a proactive approach to change, you will encourage clients to recognise regulation as an opportunity to reform front and back office operations, employ innovative solutions and achieve competitive advantage.
The role encompasses:
• Project delivery & Change management
• Operational Process Improvement
• Business Development
• Market knowledge and development
Please check that you meet the following mandatory requirements before applying:
• Substantial understanding of developments, trends and drivers within the industry
• Deep knowledge spanning at least one aspect of operational risk or regulatory compliance
• Cross FS domain expertise and the agility to work alongside insurance, investment management or retail banking teams
• Previous project management responsibility
• Intellectual rigour and sharp analytical skills
