Managing Director, Petrochemical Private Equity

The managing director will play a key role in establishing and managing this new private equity fund; sourcing and evaluating potential deals as well as supporting fundraising efforts. The MD will develop strategy, examine business and legal issues related to establishing a Natural Resources Fund, explore potential local partnerships and develop a business plan and private placement memorandum. Additional responsibilities will include developing a local deal team, overseeing the investment process, sourcing deals and building up the investment portfolio, conducting due diligence, structuring and negotiating investment terms, co-ordinating with the investment committee, monitoring the investments, and concluding attractive exit options.
The successful candidate can expect an exceptional tax-free compensation package with an element of carry.
