It established its presence in the region in 1998 and has consistently grown at a faster rate than the overall regional real estate market.
Portfolio currently has a value in excess of € 1.8 billion, with assets ranging from shopping centers to offices, warehouses to apartments, acquisitions to development projects, structured loan facilities and non-performing loan portfolios.
Role description
You will be a key member of senior leadership team and assume overall P&L responsibility for operational, financial, and employee performance for the business in Poland Ukraine & Russia.
You will be responsible for achieving financial targets by driving volume, net income and expense management, as well as driving new business and growth strategies for Poland, Ukraine & Russia.
You will manage, coach, and develop team members, oversee the integration of new acquisitions and employees, and drive employee performance processes.
You will be a change agent for the local team and within the broader Central European team, and use Six Sigma to drive processes and growth for the Company.
Requirements & Experience
Ideal candidates will be degree educated, have substantial commercial real estate experience (preferably in a business development role), leadership experience, and a thorough understanding of risk management and asset management.
You will be expected to speak at least 2 European languages (including English)
Experience in structuring debt & equity transactions, origination, acquisitions and sales of real estate assets and proven project management and critical thinking skills will be required.
