This is a great opportunity to take over the UK arm of a European building services contractor that has been established in the UK for several years and who are now looking to grow and develop their business substantially.
Candidates will possess the following;
• Be experienced M&E contractors with knowledge of the London marketplace
• Have managed projects of £5-10 million value and a portfolio of several at this level
• Have previous experience of running a business unit (or the aptitude to step up)
• Be proven work winners with an established client base and first class reputation
• Be professional businessmen with the acumen and credibility to take a business forward from a low base
