Managing Director (£120k Package) – Automotive / Engineering Products (Hampshire). A truly unique opportunity has arisen for one of the leading players in their field for a newly created MD role to work alongside the CEO and Commercial Director with taking this €1billion turnover business to the next level
As the MD you will be responsible for working closely with the CEO and Commercial Director in terms of forging the strategic direction of the business from setting targets, working on budgets with the FD through to working with the sales team on the strategic direction of the business from a sales function point of view
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the worlds leading names who are recognised for excellence in their respected field of automotive and engineering products. As such this market leader is looking for someone who has a good knowledge of the automotive arena and has experience of running business for a substancial amount of time ideally working closely with Tier 1 automotive firms as customers.
Full product and sales training will be given once you join the company. On offer is an attractive base salary of between £60-80k base, with a P & L related bonus meaning the ote will top the £120k mark, contributory pension, health plus flexi benefits and 25 days holiday.
