Managing Director

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Managing director to manage a Division of homes in Scotland providing quality of care and ensuring achievement of performance targets. It will be your responsibility as MD to provide support and leadership to the Operations Directors, Operations Managers and Home Manager team. It's crucial you are commercially aware and able to meet the financial/business targets with the specific aim of exceeding performance targets across the Division and at each care home site


Good communication skills are essential as well as being able to maintain positive working relations with associated agencies and statutory bodies

It is anticipated that a proportion of the Managing Directors time will be spent in the Divisions driving the business, this will also allow for the observation of service provision with the focus on continuous improvement in the quality of services in support of the Operations Directors
