Managing Director | 40K Basic (OTE 70,000) + Benz | North East UK

My client is a leading training company based in the North West supplying goods and services throughout the UK and beyond.

In the last three years this company has doubled in size and is on the verge of another significant growth spurt.

This is a new position working directly alongside two business owners in a team of twelve.

This company is on the verge of securing two major contracts for both a leading supermarket and a camera company. These contracts will help drive forward this companies expansion. You will therefore be joining at a time of rapid growth and change for this business with a mandate to manage both processes and people in this regard.

The ideal candidate must have:

• A detailed understanding of the financials in terms of projecting future growth and cash-flow
(an accountant is already in place for the day to day concerns)
• Experience of operating at Managing Director / Director / Senior Management Level
• Ability of quickly analyse, research and understand new markets and propositions
• Knowledge, understanding and appreciation of photography and training
• Experience of implementing training programs
• Excellent presentation and communications skills
• Gravitas with an appreciation of style
• A track recording of taking ideas and concepts and implementing them into solid business propositions
• A detailed knowledge and appreciation of photography
• Change management experience
• Project Management skills and experience
