Established for over 40 years with revenues exceeding €55 million in 2006, their 105 consultants have created a business which is justifiably the envy of their competitors, yet remains independent as it is owned by a team of 14 consulting partners. Due to unprecedented demand for their exacting consultancy, my client seeks to appoint Directors who can demonstrate significant achievement in the above sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Europe's foremost full service management consultancies in a wide ranging senior management role, where you can utilise your management experience to encourage and manage others to deliver significant success, whilst enhancing your own potential as a future stakeholder of the business.
Flexible to commute throughout Europe to deliver on an assignment, you will demonstrate outstanding management or consultancy success in your specialist field, along with an intuitive understanding of client needs, combined with a creative approach to devising, implementing and delivering excellence in management consultancy at main board level, whilst contributing to the Consultancy's expansion. All candidates must have a vocational degree and possibly with an MBA qualification. Fluency in a second European language as well as English would be an advantage.
