Managing Surveyor

A fantastic role has arisen for someone to take responsibility for all the day to day activities of the survey team including the daily operations of the office environment. As a confident, positive person with the skills and characteristics such as leadership and man-management this is an opportunity for you to work with the current senior management team as they look to expand the company.
Objectives
•Development and daily operation of the office.
•Efficiently and effectively manage the production procedure.
•Maximise and satisfy fee income and clients.
•To motivate a team.
•To secure new and repeat business.
Primary Position
The fundamental roles will be marketing and promoting the regional business, financial control, administration and management, quality control, management of projects, fee earning and building a strong relationship with staff.
