Based in Hertfordshire the Manufacturing Manager with be responsible for the Manufacturing and Procurement processes, involving taking responsibility for ensuring that the new products are introduced into production smoothly, ensuring that products meet customer requirements, driving innovation, the development for developing the UK supply chain strategy and driving continuous improvement.
The successful applicant will have a proven background in the Manufacturing Management of Electronic, Mechanical and Electro Mechanical Manufacture with an expertise in modern lean manufacturing tools and techniques such as Kanban, Process Control, Six Sigma, FMEA, and SPC. Other knowledge / skills should include: ISO9001, IS014000 / IS014001, BOM, ERP and ESS.
