About the Client
Our client is an international property consultancy looking for a talented, creative and experienced Marketing Manager to take responsibility for all marketing activity in the Middle East.
About the Role
As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy for all sectors and locations including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar and Saudi Arabia alongside the Regional Leader and Board. With significant experience in a marketing management role you will have a proven track record of successful delivery across the marketing mix on an international scale, gained within a professional services environment.
Further responsibilities will include:
Define & implement the annual marketing plan for the region
Provide marketing consultancy and delivery to all brand level and market sector marketing activity
Help develop a regional web presence and deliver online marketing campaigns
Appoint and manage PR agency support for the region
Project manage all regional advertising, ensuring brand consistency
Project manage the effective delivery of all events and seminars
Manage the regional budget
What We’re Looking For
With significant experience in a marketing management role you will have a proven track record of successful delivery across the marketing mix on an international scale, gained within a professional services environment.
Making use of your excellent communication skills you will be able to demonstrate the ability to build consensus and influence a wide range of senior stakeholders. You will provide vision and direction for the business through effective marketing strategy and be able to bring immediate results
