Mechanical Estimator

Two high calibre Mechanical Estimators are being sought by a Building Services contractor to join one of the largest estimating departments in the UK. This organisation has impressive order books moving well into 2009, with an average mechanical value of around £3m - £4m. The majority the projects they undertake are for the MOD, as well as healthcare and schools.

You must be a Building Services estimator of a Mechanical bias, and it is preferable that you are apprentice trained in a mechanical discipline. You must be used to preparing mechanical tenders in excess of £2m, and must work well as part of a successful team as well as having the ability to take the initiative and work well alone.

With an increasing workload in the Middle East through 2009, the opportunity to work abroad will arise for particularly successful individuals.

Basic salary negotiable up to £55k for high quality candidates.
