Mechanical Project Engineer

We have a superb opportunity available within a national building services provider who are seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer to join their existing team. The Project Engineer will be responsible for the management of the delivery of the building services content of London Development projects. This will include management responsibility for the detail design and construction of developments executed directly by their client and responsibility for ensuring appropriate product quality and delivery. The role will require design management skills, thorough knowledge of the construction industry supply chain. The position will require the ability to review, recommend and implement appropriate procurement strategies for the building services elements of the schemes to achieve or exceed our aspirations for innovation, quality and reliability in the delivery of our retail led mixed use schemes.
