This NEW role is to provide medical leadership for LighterLife with the key focus on client safety, research and engagement within the public & private medical sectors ultimately increasing the medical credibility of the company’s products. You will use your clinical experience and medical insight to help develop the company’s strategic development with constant regard to best practice.
A natural networker, you happily engage with the public and your professional peers, not afraid of making technical presentations at medical conferences or speaking at public meetings.
Currently fully registered with the GMC, you have a significant interest in obesity and / or related diseases as well as recent clinical practice and ideally academic achievements in this field. You’ll also need to have previous exposure to the world of business in some form, ideally at Board level.
This is a part-time role (~2 days per week) and is considered ideal for someone looking to reduce the hours worked in general practice or consulting, but needing the challenge of staying at the forefront of new ideas. The (pro rata) salary is generous and commensurate with the requirements of the positions and its standing within the company.
