Merchandise Manager - Seasonal

To create and manage a best practice team candidates should be looking to make a progressive career step. You will have experience within a fast paced, high volume retail environment. Reporting to a Head of Merch, you will be completely responsible and accountable for range building, financial planning and the trading of a category area in line with departmental sales, space, stock, mark down, final margin percentage and cash profit targets.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly analytical and numerical, good communication skills and excellent problem solving capabilities. You will be a graduate, ideally with a business or numerical based degree and experience in a high street retailer. You must be highly organised and very analytical with man-management experience. Having created and coach team members on WSSI’s, OTB is essential.
