Mid Range Infrastructure Project Manager-IBM P595

Immediate opportunity for experienced Infrastructure project manager with an emphasis on mid range architecture (IBM P595 series with AIX as an operating system) to join major programme for large corporate client. Manage all aspects relating to the infrastructure and application services elements of a varied project portfolio. Flexible with pragmatic approach with an understanding working within structured full project lifecycle methodologies (Prince2 etc). Must have previous experience of running mid range projects on large scale environment. Good communication skills, stakeholder management, risk analysis, cost estimation, managing key deliverables, management reporting, managing people in matrix environment, manage project budgets etc. Ability to understand Mid Range architecture and be able to talk to technical and non technical stakeholders. Must have had previous experience of managing large scale Mid Range platform projects (ideally IBM P595 series). Based in west London. Immediate requirement.
