Mobile Handset Product Launch Manager

3-6 month fixed contract + permanent opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Handset Product Manager for a leading MVNO to launch a new handset range to the French prepay market. In a varied and fast-moving environment you will to help drive all aspects of marketing, distribution and launch of the handset range to accelerate the launch of a new prepay SIM offering. You will be working in a highly cross function environment engaged in the following key areas ; Developing the handset proposition, including business case and sign off ( handset volume, margin, customer lifecycle analysis etc). Create terms and conditions on handset guarantees and repair processes including training of customer services teams to handle requests and support for SIM / Code locks etc Working closely with marketing teams in France to design product packaging etc, identifying sales distribution and support channels with the local sales teams, including the Website Sales departments to build the online presence.
You'll be working in a fast paced and highly stimulating role for one of the fastest growing global organisations in the sector, offering a genuine opportunity to drive the rollout across Europe and an exciting time in the company's evolution
We want to speak to candidates who ideally are available within 2 -4 weeks and who have the following background ;
3 years minimum from a Handset Marketing, Handset Sales / Distribution or Product environment, ideally from a Handset Manufacturer or MVNO
Ideally experience of SIM lock processes etc
Strong ability working with cross-functional ( ideally European) teams to support mobile distribution and launch.
Strong commercial ability with proven stakeholder management skills.
Experience in French market useful but not essential.
