Mobilisation Project Manager

An excellent opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading facilities providers as a Mobilisation Project Manager.
The main purpose of the Mobilisation Project Manager role is to work as a member of the mobilisation team, the Mobilisation Project Manager will execute the agreed mobilisation plan for the projects. The Mobilisation Project Manager will be responsible for the smooth mobilisation of projects supporting the operational teams and coordination of support teams. The Mobilisation Project Manager will also liaise with all internal departments throughout the life of a project from launch, bid development, award, mobilisation period and through to operational steady-state.
The main responsibilities for the Mobilisation Project Manager include:
- Ensure the successful mobilisation of all interim and permanent FM services involved with assigned projects.
- Attendance of meetings during development stages of a contract to support the bid team in developing mobilisation strategies.
- Deliver the mobilisation master planner on award of contract; effectively applying methodologies and implementing company policy and procedures.
- Run mobilisation meetings and ensure timely distribution of minutes.
- Coordination of the support services: not least human resources, procurement, quality, safety and environmental, technical projects, etc.
- Take part and run wash-up meetings on completion of mobilisation to capture best practice.
- Assist with development of mobilisation master planner for future projects including associated company policies and procedures that would bring benefit to future projects.
- Record and track hours worked per project and associated mobilisation expenditure (inc support team time/costs/expenditure).
- Assist with development of future mobilisation budgets.
- To comply with the company's policies, management plans and procedures.
