MS Exchange Technical Architect

Exchange Messaging consultancy, solutions architecture, detailed design/documentation, leading the implementation team.
Our client is a leading MS partner and global IT solutions supplier to major corporate customers. They typically work with customer organisations that have in excess of twenty thousand staff and they can take responsibility for transforming the entire it infrastructure of the customers organisation. Currently they need an Exchange Messaging specialist who has very solid experience of acting as the technical design authority on large scale MS Exchange upgrades and migration projects. Candidates must have large project experience working as an external consultant to corporate customers. Experience with Exchange 2007 is more or less mandatory unless the candidate has really exceptional experience on older versions of Exchange.
As a consulting role the Technical Architect will be expected to get involved in pre sales, presentations and various customer meetings, therefore first class communications skills are essential. This is a home/site based role and extensive travel will be required, the precise locations of projects is unpredictable so candidates must be willing to accept that a weekly commute will sometimes be required.
