National Account Controller - Grocery

Responsibilities:
· To deliver against turnover and profit targets
· To continually review and improve processes and procedures for the team to achieve account excellence
· To lead and develop a team of National Account Managers
· Build excellent relationships with key stakeholders (both internally and externally)
· To develop and deliver JBPs and promotional plans
· Manage volume and spend forecast for the categories
Of graduate calibre, you will be currently working within a branded FMCG business and must demonstrate a successful career to date. You will have strong negotiation skills, a good understanding of category management, and excellent leadership skills. This role would suit an existing National Account Controller or an ambitious Senior National Account Manager looking for the next step.
