A world leading FMCG business is looking for an exceptional people manager for one of their largest grocery accounts.
Managing a team of 4 Account Managers, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategy across four categories. You must be of graduate calibre with a proven track record of managing a large grocery account for a comparable blue chip FMCG business. You must also have previous people-management experience.
To be successful in this role you will need excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong leadership capability and the ability to work well under pressure. This role would suit somebody who is already at Controller level or a SNAM who has people-management experience.
