National Field Manager, Home-Based

You have experience of the utility industry, preferably electricity, and ideally have exposure to electrical issues. You have a proven record of leading and motivating teams to attain targets, have managed field-based staff and have effectively managed individual performances. Educated to a good standard, probably with an engineering or electrical discipline, you are a self-motivated high performer, able to work in pressurised situations and to tight deadlines. You are also an excellent communicator and a committed team player. You are now ready for the next step in your career.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will manage Regional Managers and Field Technicians to optimise individual and team performance and maximise productivity. You will act as the primary escalation point for all field issues, resolve performance problems and visit the field staff regularly for audit and training purposes. And you will liaise with the field services back office team for stock control and procurement.
