Large telecommunications provider are looking for a Senior NOC Manager to manage the 24/7 network management centre capturing and handling all network fault events across the access telephony / IP networks. With an emphasis on excellence in driving network performance across the UK - wide network, you'll ensure that your teams (4 Shift Leaders) deliver on a set of demanding customer service and incident management objectives. I will be your responsibility to review and maintain critical systems, disaster recovery plans and be responsible for driving improvements in how faults are captured and resolved. Additionally you will be responsible for ensuring high customer service standards and lead service review meetings with internal parties. This is a diverse and highly challenging role for one of the most dynamic and progressive organisations within the sector.
We are looking for solid experience of:
Strong direct management and performance management experience
5 years plus Network Operations Centre / NOC management experience within a large telco or communications provider.
Track record in customer service delivery, service improvement plans associated with incident fix.
Passionate and dedicated with outstanding customer focus.
