Network Services Director
Home Counties - South East

· Leadership and evolution of the team
· Financial and Performance measurement and control of the team
· The efficient delivery of technically competent services to clients
· Development and management of a customer care system including telephone support for technical assistance.
· Manage all operational aspects of service delivery including: surveys, installations, maintenance and customer technical support services to ensure high quality, cost effective solutions to customers, including the management of subcontractors.
· Allocate staff and resources to projects as required to meet the desired build programme and keep accurate records to track of costs. Ensure by both training and regular briefings that both UK and international parts of the team can work interchangeably on any project.
· Provide department performance reports as required but at least on monthly basis to the board.
· Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient running of the build programme. This includes, but is not limited to Sales, Finance, Production, and Engineering.
Criteria:
· A demonstrable track record for leading a highly motivated and successful technical
· Minimum of 5 years experience managing operations teams
· Good technical understanding of the wireless environment
· Strong entrepreneurial attitude and a good knowledge of operational financial planning
· Experience of managing international teams
· Strong communication skills in all forms

The company has many key customers in Europe and across the world. You will play an integral role in developing and expanding the network services portfolio in the wireless coverage environment.
