Our client is a partner of the worlds’ leading IT vendors, and has over the last 20 years, gained experience of providing secure, available and scalable IT infrastructure solutions to private and public sector organisations. Their mantra is quite simple - to ensure they meet their customers’ technology and services needs. Their success has been earned by the personnel they employ and the manner they work with customers to address business needs for today by improving efficiency, increasing competitive advantage, adding extra levels of security and providing real return on investment.

Due to this success we are searching for New Business focused Account Managers and Account Directors that can offer a demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets within new and existing clients. The suitable candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:

- a proven track record of success in achieving targets up to £40k gp per month
- have sold IT solutions that include Cloud Computing, Hosted Managed Services, Remote Managed Support Services, Network & Unified Communication / Managed Services, Managed Security, Software/Hardware Asset Management, Vendor Software Licensing including Microsoft, Vmware, Citrix, Symantec, Cisco, Check Point and Vendor Hardware Storage, Servers, Desktop including HP, IBM, Lenovo , Net App, EMC
- an ability to identify and target new clients or at the very least, new opportunities within your existing account base
- have proven enterprise sales experience - this is not a product sale and requires the successful candidate to be able to consult with the client on requirements; understand business needs and propose solutions to those needs
- have worked with the Partner Community however direct end user sales experience a must
- be team focused and used to utilising multiple internal resources i.e. marketing, pre sales, sales support etc
- be self motivated with a hunger to overachieve all targets and objectives set
