The role of Northern Sales Manager offers an exceptional opportunity to join DHL in a senior role and to lead and develop their team to support the Board in its ambitious strategic growth plans. The Role
• To establish and implement a regional sales plan to achieve ambitious sales targets
• To lead and develop the northern sales team into a high-performing, successful region
• To develop existing key accounts and to generate new business revenue
• To work closely with the S&M Director to initiate and manage strategic change
• To become a highly influential figure and be an important part of the succession plan
The Person
• Be ambitious, energetic and flexible with the ability to work under pressure
• Be highly motivated to succeed in a challenging and demanding environment
• Be able to initiate, manage and drive change
• Be from a similar functional role with proven success in managing and leading sales teams in a ‘relationship-sell’ environment
• Demonstrable success as a motivator and leader, with the ability to inspire a team to excel
• Degree-level education
