Our client is a food manufacturer with a network of sites throughout the country. They operate a number of market leading brands and products. This role will be working on one of their biggest product areas and a market leading brand in its own right.
This role is responsible for the formulation of short, medium and long term strategies for the NPD team, and the tactics hanging below those strategies. Innovation is key to the future of this company and brand and consequently this role is very high profile within the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an NPD role for another food manufacturer or retailer and be looking for a role that allows significant autonomy and creative freedom. The company and personnel are very passionate about what they do and so the successful candidate will need to be a foodie with similar passion for their trade.
