Occupational Psychologist - Senior Consultant

Established for over 15 years, this thriving Consultancy in Change Management is seeking an experienced Chartered Occupational Psychologist to add real value to their growing client base. Working as part of a small dynamic team, across a diverse range of projects, the successful individual will demonstrate a clear ability to self motivate and deliver exceptional results at all times.

This client-facing role demands a high level of interpersonal credibility and the ability to influence clients at senior levels, in order to maximise business impact. Working on a wide portfolio of Occupational Psychology and L&D projects, candidates must also be flexible for involvement with wider assignments in OD and HR.

For this exciting new role, we are seeking individuals who meet the following criteria;

· Chartered Occupational Psychologist
· A minimum of 2 years post qualification in a client-facing role
· Experience of managing L&D projects
· Demonstrable ability to influence at senior management level
· Strong commercial awareness
· Exceptional communication skills
· Excellent insight into what drives individual and team behaviours

In addition, applicants will possess strong commercial awareness – whilst this not a fee-generating position, you will be capable and interested in spotting new opportunities with existing clients, as well as contributing to new business development, through involvement in client bids, tenders and presentations.

This is a home-based role with access to London offices as required. Applicants must be flexible for frequent travel, the majority of which will be in and around the South East, including London.
