Company
Our client, a leader within there field with multiple sites across the UK have created a new position within there business for an offshore manager to manage offshore relationships. This is a pivotal role within the business as the company are committed to delivering exceptional customer experience across all touch points.


The Role
Key Responsibilities:


•Effective relationship and performance management of our offshore suppliers
•Motivate, guide and develop supplier to achieve all defined core metrics in respect of sales and retention.
•Be fully accountable for supplier performance in all defined areas
•Manage supplier to inspire teams to achieve outstanding performance through guidance, operational expertise & leadership
•Develop a robust operational offshoring strategic plan for the business area or segment represented, in order to retain and build long term mutually profitable client and business partner relationship
•Management of c200 FTE offshore (India)



Knowledge and Experience

•Significant experience of Contact centre operational management of c200 fte minimum
•Significant experience of managing external suppliers
•Change management
•Good knowledge of FSA legislation
•People and performance management skills
•Problem solving, decision making and judgements ability
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with gravitas
•Proactive, plans to overcome and implement remedial change
•Analytical skills

Travel offshore will be required for this role
