Online Trading Manager

My client, a leading multichannel retail brand has identified their successful e-Commerce business as an area for future growth. The Online Trading Manager will fulfill a key role in driving this channel forward. The main focus of the role will be to maximise multi-channel sales and profit through the business's web portfolio and other online activities.

Key responsibilities include:-
· Setting and driving the e-Commerce promotional marketing strategy with a view to ensuring e-Commerce goals are met.
· Managing and developing the eCRM strategy, informing the e-marketing strategy
· Constantly seeking new opportunities for sales growth
· Management and delivery of online acquisition, conversion and retention tactics
· Regular and ongoing monitoring and reporting on KPIs and effectiveness of online promotion and marketing
We are looking for a candidate with all-embracing online marketing experience gained within a multi-channel retail environment. Extensive experience of meeting KPI and P&L targets is essential. A track record of delivering successful PPC, Affiliate and SEO programmes is required in addition to strong knowledge of internet software and web browsers. You will have experience of managing large budgets, excellent communication skills and be an effective people and project manager.

The role will be based at their head office in Whyteleaf, Surrey.
