Our client are a rapidly growing and ambitious post production service player to the global film industry and they are embarking on a rapid expansion plan across EMEA. We are searching for a dynamic Operations Lead, a brand new opportunity to lead the implementation of their new generation content distribution roll-out across EMEA and beyond. Predominantly from the London office, you will drive and manage the performance of programme roll-out managers based across key European territories. Key to success in this role will be the operational management of key 3rd party contracted technology and content distribution partners managing all aspects of quality delivery, installation phasing, timescales etc in each country, delivery KPIs and contract management. You will be at the heart of the business? most critical project ensuring the operational execution of a major digital distribution programme.

We want to speak with you today if you can bring the following.
?5 years plus in technical operations management, strong project leadership / planning experience within a media / content distribution / network / cinema / broadcast environment
?Strong customer-facing experience gained with a fast-moving environment (content delivery, film, broadcast, technology and strong benefit)
?Experience of managing multi-site / international operations including management of technical and commercial partners
?Outstanding stakeholder, man-management and supplier relationship skills
