Operational Analysis Consultant

My client, a leading engineering and design consultancy, is looking for a Operational Analysis Consultant to join them in a permanent role in Farnham. They are currently expanding their defence sector with services including systems engineering and programme management, as well as integrated consultancy services. Their projects range from small one off consultancy commissions to large multi-disciplinary programmes across all phases of the defence cycle, and cover air, land, marine and nuclear sectors.

Due to the expansion of their defence sector, they are currently seeking a Consultant to work on a number of projects involving the definition of requirements and assumptions, identification of key issues, development of models to assess trade-offs and compromises, and interaction with clients to communicate the results.

The successful applicant must have at least SC level security clearance, and experience of analysis in a consultancy environment. They will also need the ability to liaise effectively with clients to define requirements, and experience of working on defence-related projects. Strong analytical and modelling skills plus an innovative approach to problem solving are also essential.
