Operations Consultant

With high utilisation, a strong pipeline of work and ambition to continue strong growth in 2010, they seek new talent to join the Operations team, to design and implement initiatives which optimise performance throughout the value chain.

From evaluating operations, business processes and operating models to translating business and IT strategies into comprehensive operational solutions, the team collaborates with clients to identify and deliver meaningful, cross functional change.

You will recognise the challenges and potential conflict that arises from operational change and the impact upon strategic objectives, business processes, organisational structures, and people. Retaining a strategic focus, you will seek to balance cost and performance and secure stakeholder buy in to absorb the changes.

Please ensure that you meet the following mandatory requirements:

· Experience of designing and delivering strategically focused operational effectiveness projects throughout the value chain

· Project experience within large organisations, leading small teams and working with senior stakeholders

· Financial Services experience

· Excellent track record with a recognised Management Consultancy firm

· Academically strong, with a minimum 2:1 degree from a leading establishment
