Operations Consultant: Capital Markets

Engaging at strategic levels, you will evaluate and understand your clients’ business and organisation, providing trusted and relevant advice regarding the operations strategy, operational and process effectiveness in complex business transformations.

You will establish long lasting and trusted relationships through your exceptional knowledge of their markets, understanding of their core products, customers and process flows and awareness of issues within the market.

• Strong current understanding of the Capital Markets or Wholesale Banking industry including:
o Products
o Processes
o Transaction flows
o Banking applications
• Operational change skill set with experience of:
o Operating model design
o Process transformation
o Requirements definition
• Exceptional consulting skills developed through a stable career history in management consultancy or in a consultative role within an investment bank
• Degree educated to a minimum of Bachelors level

Although many clients will be based in London, you must be entirely flexible and able to travel across the UK and Europe as required.
