The Insurance practice has achieved phenomenal growth during the last 12 months and is actively engaged with leading brand names in the general and life categories.
By combining deep industry understanding with sharp intellect and top calibre consulting skills, they interface at CxO level to address strategic opportunities, performance inefficiencies and regulatory challenges such as Solvency II and the retail distribution review.
With a comprehensive awareness of front and back office operations, you will engage in projects spanning operating model design, process improvement and support clients to pursue revenue enhancement opportunities through market assessment and distribution strategy.

Please check you meet the following mandatory requirements before applying:
• Recent project experience within a Life or General Insurance setting
• Knowledge of front and back office operations and processes and understanding of the insurance value chain
• Consultancy experience, gained within a respected consultancy firm or within a consultative role within an insurance firm
• Academic rigour with a minimum 2:1 degree from a leading university
