As one of Europe’s market leader in manufacturing specialized solutions for the pharmaceutical and healthcare markets, the clients newly defined strategy requires the services of a World Class Operations Director.
As part of the Senior Management team you will have the autonomy to shape and implement the Operations Strategy ensuring that the customer is key at all times. Managing up to 200 people through your middle managers you will be responsible for shaping the operation future structure ensuring efficiencies is improved.
Having worked within a large hi speed manufacturing facility, you will have a proven track record of developing large teams within unionized environments with a track record of successfully implemented large scale manufacturing strategies.
Ideally you will be of graduate calibre or equivalent in an engineering/technical related subject and have worked within the FMCG Food, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare sectors.
The role offers an excellent salary package, with excellent exposure within a large multinational group for someone wishing to further there career long-term.
