Operations Director North West

Our client is a leading building services contractor with firm roots in the North West of England, together with a regional office in London. They have an excellent reputation and unlike many firms in the current economic climate, are growing at a significant rate with the capacity and desire to operate nationally. They have a strong public sector order book, in particular within the education sector, and a current turnover of c£50m.

They are seeking to appoint an Operations Director for the North West to take over some of the operational side of the business, based out of their head office.

Candidates must be experienced building services contractors with experience of running a portfolio of projects (£10 million+), or a regional office or the aspirations to take on this sort of role. Preferably a mechanically trained individual with an operational background, you will have an existing knowledge of the North West marketplace and the ability to lead and develop a successful team.

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key operational Director role within a leading building services contractor. There is an excellent package on offer.
