The company is one of the world’s leading suppliers of water and waste water treatment solutions. It is known for innovation, reliability, quality services and leadership in their chosen markets. The business has a clear strategy for growth, which focuses on the growing global demand for clean water and safe, efficient waste water treatment. It provides operating services to an increasing number of utilities, municipalities and commercial customers in targeted countries and it is a leader in the design, production and sale of water purification products in high growth markets such as disinfection, filtration, absorption and marine/offshore waste.
The company, with more than 20 offices around the world, provides water and waste water treatment products and operating services to utilities, municipalities and commercial customers in selected key markets around the world. It focuses on the high growth markets and geographies where specific products and services meet the significant needs of customers.
There are three principal business streams: Operating Services. Water Purification (Products) and Analytical Services.
The success of the Global operations has resulted in the creation of a new Operations Director role to be based in Singapore. The business is growing and currently comprises around 15 persons. The business undertakes projects around the region and will design and source equipment locally in the future.
The role will be responsible for managing and developing the business throughout the region.
Ideally they are seeking a Singapore based manager, who has experience of the water and waste water sector and has worked in an international business, hopefully having spent time outside of Singapore. You will need excellent language skills, be able to work within a matrix structure and have a track record of managing a small, multi-discipline operation with an emphasis on sales and business development.
