A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to join an organisation that is experiencing unprecedented growth within the healthcare sector.
The main objective of this role is to manage the delivery of domestic and Ward Hostess services, to increase service streams and work with a dynamic and challenging client. Liaising with the Managing Director, you will be instrumental in planning and implementing an optimum cleaning programme. Other duties include overseeing staffing and capital resources allocated to the contract in order to ensure profitability.
