Operations Manager
Wiltshire - South West
Our client is large, well-known chilled foods manufacturer who are seeking an Operations Manager for their site in Wiltshire. Managing a team of 7, the key objective for this post is to take responsibility for one of the operational units and deliver product on time, within specification and to budget, whilst maintaining product integrity and adhering to health & safety standards.
You will be working a 4-on/4-off shift pattern, 6am-6pm.
Your key tasks will include, but not necessarily be limited to:
* Driving the departmental measures.
* Running daily/weekly zone reviews.
* Driving action teams.
* Managing the ongoing delivery of estabilshed KPIs
* Carry out regular one-to-one reviews and objective setting.
* Set up inter shift communications
The measures of performance will include budget, operating profit, service levels, material waste, customer complaints, direct labour costs.
THE PACKAGE
* £40K-£45K basic salary + 20% shift premium
* Benefits package.
