About the Client:
My client is a large Financial Services Organisation based in over 30 countries offering Asset, Wealth & Treasury Services to a broad base of customers, and whom are one of the leading corporations offering these services.
About the Role: The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a team of 40 in a middle/back office environment processing payments and funds on behalf of the organisations customers.
What we’re looking for: As you will be managing a team of 40, you must have excellent leadership and people management skills, but also be technically minded, as the operation is very fast paced, has very strict deadlines and there are large transactions being processed.
About the Offer: c.£70k + Car allowance + Benefits package.
