Operations Manager

Our client is a leading recycling and waste management company undergoing a period of significant growth and development. Supporting a new site in Northamptonshire they are looking to recruit a manager to oversee the running of a recycling facility but focus on building relationships with clients to maximise opportunity.


This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in this market leading, highly successful company. With experience of within waste and recycling you will be looking for a new challenge in an expanding and dynamic group.

You will act as the senior manager of a new state of the art recycling facility and use your connections and local business knowledge to drive the expansion of the operation. This is a new role and offers the holder to develop and shape the opportunity to their strengths.


Experience
·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
·Analytical and organised.
·Previous operational experience within the Waste and recycling market.
·Ability to lead and motivate a team.


We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual who has a proven track record in the Waste and Recycling markets. You will be a team player who can self motivate and install confidence. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate are a must.
