My global construction, utilities, and services client is seeking an Oracle HR Implementation lead/Project Manager to work with them on one of there many existing high profile projects.

Your immediate goal will be to ensure that the implementation and ongoing use of Oracle within the HR function operates as effectively and consistently as possible within designated cost restraints.

The key tasks of this project and your role within it are to:

- Manage implementation projects within constraints of resource, scope & time
- liaise with Oracle to ensure developments/enhancements are known to the company
- keep abreast of new developments/ideas from numerous business units across the company.
- liaise with the Group ERP Payroll Leader to ensure connectivity between HRIS and Payroll
- Deliver timely and comprehensive project documents (plans, status reports etc)
- Share functional expertise with the Solution architect to aid in overall solution design
- Keep stakeholders fully aware of project progress and issues.

Core skills:
- Detailed understanding of the HRIS modules within Oracle eBusiness Suite
- Ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions
- Understanding of key HR operational processes and best practice
- Able to build relationships at all levels within the HR community
