OSS/BSS/SI

The ideal candidate will directly and indirectly managing teams in excess of 50 you will be responsible for client satisfaction, issue management and software delivery process improvement
also will manage a range of client service functions, including service standards and operational/delivery agreements with both suppliers and customers.

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following experience and personal qualities:

Strong background within Programme/Project Management within the telecommunications or IT industry.background in varying software delivery lifecycle models ( Agile, Waterfall) and experience in establishing development maturity (i.e. CMMI maturity),experience of successfully managing programs of in £10million value plus experience in using project management methodologies such as PMI, Prince II or APM.

In depth knowledge and experience in relationship management with the following suppliers
Axiom, IBM-SW, Netcool, Proviso, Remedy,BEA,Cramer and Syndesis.
