OSS Consultant (Top 4 Consultancy - Germany)

I am recruiting for a global, Top 4 Management, Technical Services and Outsourcing company, specifically within their Telecommunications division. The division focuses on OSS, IPT and next generation IP Solutions to Tier 1 & 2 Telco's and ISP's within Europe and Latin America, partnering with the regional teams to deliver tailor made solutions. The core offerings are end-to-end management of OSS/IPTV Solutions, providing strategy, project integration, implementation and outsourcing (BPO) solutions. We are able to recruit from Spain, Italy, France, Belgium, Netherlands, but we are specifically focusing on the German Market. You should be able to Speak Fluent German, have correct work permit visas (EU Passport) and have the ability to travel up to 100% of the time.

Suitable consultants will have around 3-6 years experience with OSS/IPTV technology integration in a project environment, degree educated, with experience from an ISP, Telco, Software Vendor or Systems Integrator. The role will involve 100% travel within Europe, however, may be called upon to travel further. 70% of the consultant's time will be client delivery, 25% business development and 5% internal (such as thought leadership). You should have delivered and integrated OSS NMS with some of the following COTS products; Metasolv IPSA, Micromuse Netcool/Proviso, SMARTS, Infovista, Cramer, HP Openview, Concord e-health etc.
