You will be required to manage outplacement assignments for the permanent positions that you are recruiting for as well as keeping in touch with existing candidates. Using your known range of outplacement tools you will manage projects given to you by your clients.
Dependent upon your experience and background in outplacement we will shape our/your offering to maximise benefits.
Liaising with high profile people from different backgrounds on a daily basis so you must be polished and articulate at all times.
