My client is looking for a talented relationship manager with a background in direct marketing or digital agencies to develop relationships with some of the UK's leading agencies and marketing services providers.

They boast an analytics led integrated marketing suite that provides a powerful platform to deliver on and off-line marketing activities.
About the Role
The Partner Development Manager will become a crucial part of a well established, professional agency channel which boast a hard working, open and honest approach to developing sustainable relationships.
Reporting to the Sales Director of UK Agencies, the Partner Development Manager will generate and deliver revenue opportunities through their partners and their partners' clients. Typically working with Managing Directors, Commercial Directors and Account Directors within the agencies, you will lead contract negotiations, identify new opportunities through proactive and strategic discussions and business planning and enable agency partners to differentiate themselves and create deeper engagement with their clients.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have a very strong knowledge of how agencies work almost certainly gained by working in an agency.
You will be able to demonstrate your ability to engage clients and work with them in a consultative and collaborative ways to develop database or digital marketing solutions.
You will have a good understanding of marketing communications and the role of data analysis and management.
About the Offer
Salary c£50k plus car allowance and benefits
Realistic OTE c£95k
