• Financial Services (Retail, Corporate, Wholesale and Investment Financial Services)
• Insurance (General and Life & Pensions)
• Investment Management (Traditional and Alternative Investments)
The Financial Services focused Financial Management team has registered impressive growth in recent years. With ambitious expansion targets, there is an opportunity for us to recruit talent into this group and offer huge scope for personal development.

The Financial Management Financial Services team works in Retail, Corporate, Wholesale and Investment Financial Services, particularly focusing on:
• Finance transformation programmes
• Embedding regulatory change (e.g. Basel II)
• Finance diagnosis & strategy
• Efficient finance operations including Finance Shared Services
• Effective business intelligence (decision support and redesigning management information)
• Managing through organisational change
• Effective talent management
• Project & programme management in finance change
• Control remediation projects
Requirements

We would expect our Advisors at all levels to have some, most or all of the following experiences and skills:
• A track record of delivering high quality project, work-stream or assignment outputs with a focus on delivering measurable business improvements. This experience will be from working for a major advisory business, leading bank or building society
• Knowledgeable of Financial Services operations, products and processes, as well as the current regulatory environment
